Tom Cook

Tom Cook serves as the ECP Project Management Director. He has more than 30 years of combined experience in engineering, business ownership, project management, and sales management. He has spent the last 10 years working on SCADA systems, which include commercial nuclear power plants, the Advanced Test Reactor at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL), and the Idaho Cleanup Project at INL. Tom received his Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering from Michigan State University. He has held a certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP)® since 2009.
