Exascale computing could make it easier for city planners, designers, and managers to understand how evolving urban landscapes may affect system processes such as our power grid, green spaces, and public health facilities, according to Charlie Catlett, senior computer scientist at Argonne National Laboratory and a senior fellow at the Computation Institute, a joint institute of Argonne and the University of Chicago.
