Kim Milburn is Finance Officer for the Exascale Computing Project. She previously served as Finance Officer for the ORNL Facilities & Operations Directorate and in the ORNL Information Technologies Services Division. Kim has 30 years of experience at ORNL encompassing financial data analysis, budget development, and cost and budget controls.
Her background also includes preparation of Office of Management & Budget Exhibits 53 and 300, the purpose of which was to identify all information technology investments, both major and non-major, and their associated cost within the US Department of Energy (DOE). Milburn holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA with a concentration in accounting. She also has participated in multiple DOE-sponsored Earned Value Management Systems training classes.
