Justin serves as the Procurement Manager for the Exascale Computing Project (ECP). Justin has 14 years of procurement and management experience at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL).
Justin also serves as the procurement manager supporting the Computational Sciences Directorate at ORNL. Before joining the ECP, Justin managed the Contracts Division’s Rapid Purchasing Support group and has acted as a procurement officer for numerous organizations at ORNL. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration (economics), as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy/religion from Lincoln Memorial University (2008).
